So, I went through our last 2 weeks of attempts and collated pp and ss (what a sentence that was).  Looks like in 99 percent of the cases they occur within 1 second of each other.  I've uploaded the excel sheet to http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=89774861561850954513  as always virus scan anything you choose to download from the internet.  I did redownload it, and there were no changes on my test.

Just a heads up.  Drew appears in a spot for a few seconds before she turns her aura on.  So you have to watch out for her and her aura.  Or she might pop on ya, and then you get aura'ed before you can move.

Clue team uses a hotkey to send tells and hail the mob for clues. 
Here is the one in my INI file:

To edit an ini file:
1) Navigate to your EQ directory (I don't know the default path, mine is D:\games\Everquest)
2) Open up <yourCharName_yourServerName> in notepad (mine is Yulia_cazic)
3) Navigate to the line labeled [Socials]
4) Under that line add the text above.

Note:  you'll have to update the text of the button in game to send the tell to the appropriate person, please leave poor Hoberr alone =)
