Not sure that it matters, but we always did them in this order:
1. Rot Dogs
2. Spiders
3. Terrors
4. Skellies

Once the event is started rot dogs spawn throughout the zone specifically meant for you to NOT agro them.  Essentially they keep you corralled in the areas you need to be.  If someone agros one the raid has to kill it or the event resets.  Unfortunately, they take long enough to kill that unless you're really really good it's going to be an event reset anyway due to the timer.

Moral of the story is, be extremely careful to follow only the hallways/paths you need to to get between events.  Don't wander through doorways or down halls you don't need to go.

Main mob has 4 major phases... each phase includes a spawn of some adds.  They each can be CC'd in different ways (first one can me mezzed, 2nd one is diff, 3rd one, etc, etc... I forget what you can do to CC the last 3 phases).  Off tanks need to get on these guys right away because they'll beeline to the healers.  DPS needs to back off of Tick Tock prior to the adds spawning or they're going to get crushed from behind (they spawn sorta near the stairs behind Tick Tock).

Beat the timer and enjoy the loots.

Interesting rant.  Your idea of what freelance represents apparently differs from what others think freelance represents (myself, included).

Not everyone plays this game in a min/max fashion.  No one should have to do things they don't want to do with their $14.99 a month, which includes grinding endlessly if they'd rather go off and TS or do something that's fun for them.

If you don't want those people raiding with you, that's fine, but be upfront about it.  Freelance is already developing into a distinct raiding entity and moving away from its open raiding roots with this change in loot rules.  I mean, hell, there's even a guild tag.

hehe, yea, and my power!

Lightning storms and Hawaii don't mix well apparently.

Plans are to do another one of these next Friday (January 2nd).  I'll make another post in a couple of days.

Channel was "sfopenraids" and I presume it will be the same on the 2nd.

Freelance Ramblings / FC1 - Thursday 8 January

Hey all,

Zilex (warrior here in SF) is looking to get some people together to farm augs and events in FC1.  Here's the info he put out:

Quote
Now that FC and AG flag requirements have been lifted. I would like to hold open raids every thursday. Please if you see friends guildies other raid teams such as TNF, Freelance etc.... please let them know. I feel this can become a great thing also consisting of other raid targets. This might help with the number issues to raiding this content for Augs.

Start time = 9pm PST
Channel = SFopenraids

Hope to see some of you there.

You need a pretty stout tank for the named and a couple well-geared knights/warriors + a good puller for the trash.  The trash all hit up to 4k, and the named hits up to 6k+ with a lame ae that's pretty easy to resist.  There are adds at around 50% (I forget the exact percentage) that can either be killed or rooted away from the raid and killed later.  They were unmezzable last time I did it, but with the increase in levels I'm not sure if they're still unmezzable.

Also, you can start it with less than 18 if you're raided together and everyone is in Sunder already.
