Brief Event Overview

Shei Vinitras is boss.

Periodically, dator xi xavuelim spawn and path towards Shei.  Add will heal Shei if reaches him.

Datiar xi tavuelim adds spawn.

Shade adds Datiar xi tekar and Datiar xi pharuaim spawn with harmful auras and roam around main floor event area.

Players emoted with curable Death Touch effects.

Shei Vinitras reacts differently depending on number of players near him.


Strategy

MA1 - Assist on Dator xi xavuelim adds (they heal boss if reaches him).

MA2 - Players that can Mez/Root - Use Mez and Root to kill Datiar xi tavuelim adds.

Only assigned groups up top at Shei Vinitras -- Need to limit number of players near Shei or we suffer damage.

Death Touch Emoted - GET CURED - Self cure or ask in group if you're not able to cure.

Avoid the roaming shade adds -- They have harmful DD/Mana Drain auras.  Whichever direction shade faces, they path straight line to other side.


Tanks:
- Paladins Splash and help cure emoted players


Healers:
- Load cure Sanctified Blood
- Cure players emoted, self when emoted
- Cure takes two or three casts, because each cure is replaced by a different Touch of Vinitras

Brief Event Overview

Xin Tetorau Dator is boss.

Various adds: Liquid shadows, Eom sentiens, and Pli liakos.

Blue Aura appears on players targeted with shadowy chains emote.  Any nearby players caught in Blue Aura hit by DoT, Pull + Silence.

Purple Auras around event area provide player protection from Moon's Punishment DoT.

Runes located throughout event area activate at set boss HP percentage.  Destroying runes alters event mechanics and number of adds.


Strategy

MA1: Assist MA for Boss + Adds.

MA2: Rangers and Casters - DPS Runes (MA will call location of active runes)

Boss HP% Adds and Runes active location: 91 SW, 75 E, 60 SE, 50 NW, ...


DO NOT FAIL THESE EMOTES:

Chains - Blue Aura:
  • When YOU are targeted with Blue Aura - Move inside EAST building (not far inside or you'll be out of heal range)
  • Everyone else - If the player emoted doesn't move within a couple seconds then either DA Self/Group or Run Away

Impending Doom - Purple Aura:
  • Move to Purple Aura the Boss is moved to
  • No move needed when Purple Aura spawns at raid
  • Rune DPS players, when emote happens move to closest aura near you
  • For emote targeted players, move to the closet aura near you


Tanks:
- Liquid Shadows spawn at fountain and path towards boss
- Eom sentiens are located at each grouping of runes (SW, E, SE, NW, etc), need to be picked up before they kill Rune DPS players


Healers:
- Keep GHoT running at all times
- Casting PR on Blue Aura emoted players before they run out of range can help save their life


MA Kill Order: For main raid - Liquid Shadows, Sentiens.

Xin Tetorau Dator is boss.


Goranga Slaves Moving: Xin Tetorau Dator shouts, 'Ignore those worthless beasts. They won't get far in any case.'

Group of Goranga Freed: Xin Tetorau Dator shouts, 'You allowed those wretched thieves to get free! Go, kill them all before they escape!' The pli senshali turn and disappear.

Goranga Freed: Xin Tetorau Dator shouts, 'The miscreants are free, you fools!'

Other Messages:

Xin Tetorau Dator shouts, 'Why are you all so incompetent? I should bind all of you and replace you with these Norrathians!'
Xin Tetorau Dator shouts, 'No! Those beasts have some small amount of power! You idiots!'

Xin Tetorau Dator expends a portion of her power to exert control over the violent slaves.

With all of her akheva gone, Xin Tetorau Dator's protection is lost.

Xin Tetorau Dator glows briefly for a moment, some darkness slipping away from her as the last of the goranga mystics sacrifices themselves to drain power from the font.

Strategy

DO NOT HAIL Netherbian Swarm Commander -- Otherwise event will start.

Assist MA to kill certain adds.  Kill quickly or we'll become overwhelmed.

Cure Disease when trigger fires that you have Infestation.  If not cured in time, a penalty add spawns.

Mez netherbian drones at designated location.

Charm newborn drones.


Tanks:
- Netherbian invigorator spawns East.  Tank it away from other adds and boss
- Netherbian drones moved to designated location and mezzed
- All other adds tanked at X campfire to be killed (infestors, ravagers, energists, infusers, warriors)


Healers:

Brief Event Overview

Doomshade goes active and inactive during event.

Each time Doomshade goes inactive, a Dark Master spawns.

Fading Shade adds spawn as the event progresses.

When a Dark Master dies, Doomshade goes active again.

Gathering Shadows - Blue Aura - Expands periodically if Gathering Shadow adds not killed in time


Curses & Shadows:

Curses - Viral Effect - Players emoted hit with Shade's Doom DoT and spreads to nearby players.  When DoT fades, Boom Shade Target AE fires.

Shadows - Players emoted have 15 seconds to move away before being hit with Target AE 400k DD + Mana Drain + Stun (Impending Darkness).


Strategy

DO NOT HAIL Doomshade -- Otherwise event will start.

Curses - Viral Effect - React immediately - This effect is deadly.

Doomshade - No Longer Active: The Dark Masters summon the Doomshade to rest in the pool. Doomshade becomes insubstantial. One of them moves to engage.

Doomshade - Active: The death of one of the Dark Masters enrages the Doomshade. It emerges from the pool.

Zelnithak main boss.

Various zelniak adds begin to spawn at 93% and onward.

Penalty 500k AE + Mana Drain upon death of zelniak add if left alive too long.

Zelnithak alternates two buffs; one mitigates MELEE damage (Quilled Coat) and the other increases SPELL reflects (Aura of Spiritual Power).

When Zelnithak mitigates MELEE, the adds will increase SPELL reflects.

When Zelnithak reflects SPELLS, the adds will mitigate MELEE.


Auras - Stones & Insects:

Two aura mechanics.  Only one is in play at any given time; either Stones or Insects.

Stones Aura - Warning emote and visual ring on the ground appears.  15 seconds later, a 400k AE fires at aura location.

Insects Aura - Targets player with warning, then aura spawns and chases player.  Anyone caught in aura suffers 300k DoT + Mana Drain.


Strategy

DO NOT HAIL Zelnithak -- Otherwise event will start.

Assist MAs.

Melee and Casters - React to triggers and /raidsay calls when asked to switch between Boss and Adds to be effective against the mitigation buffs.

Stones Aura - When warning emote fires, look for aura and adjust position to avoid.

Insects Aura - When emoted, kite aura away from raid; stay in event boundary area, don't let aura touch you.


Tanks:
- Position adds at designated campfire


Healers:
- If Shaman, splash and out heal Julen or Kilorf; make them cry, earn pie
- If Cleric, out heal any Halfling on the raid and earn an empty pie tin; make your own pie
- If Druid, debuff things, heal, adps, bufff, and own it up

Three dragons defend the tomb to Vulek'Aerr: Quoza, Uiliak and Nintal

Each dragon activates when a number of their kin; drake adds are killed.

When a dragon is idle (inactive), a chant AE DoT occurs with an emote: The idle dragons begin to chant.

When a dragon is active, a special ability for the particular dragon occurs with emotes.  The abilities are interrelated between dragons; whereby a player with a DoT effect from one will also take increased AE damage from certain other dragon AEs.

All three dragons have a Frontal AE; with warning emotes, that happens only when the particular dragon is active.

During the event drake adds related to each dragon fly down from the sky.



Strategy

Raid positioned SW.  Tight formation.

Pull and kill ALL adds.

AE Damage is allowed.

Mages & Necros - Sustained DPS on first active dragon.

Everyone else ASSIST MA to keep adds down to avoid being overwhelmed.

Necros primarily focus on active dragon, secondary DoTs on adds to optimize.

CC - Avoid charming protectors for the first 1-3 waves of adds.  Use charmed pets against other adds at main raid.


Tanks:

- Position each dragon at designed spot near main raid with dragon facing away from main raid due to Frontal AE

Dragon Defenders - Quoza, Uiliak and Nintal

Three dragons defend the tomb to Vulek'Aerr: Quoza, Uiliak and Nintal

Brief Event Overview

Two stage event.  First stage involves named golems.  Second stage The Amalgam Arbiter boss.

First stage of event consists of three named golems: Asterated, Dendritic, and Starseed.

Upon event start, a random golem activates.  When one dies, another activates.

Each golem has a unique mechanic with emote.

Each golem drops shards: Charged Golem Shard.

When ALL three golems are killed, they reform and come together as The Amalgam Arbiter.

The Amalgam Arbiter inherits all of the mechanics and abilities of the previous golems, with some enhancements of its own.

A Charged Golem Shard click item is used to remove the Crushing Energy Field DoT + debuff in order to prevent increased damage from Arbiter's Golem Stomp AE.


Asterated Golem:

Asterated casts Gathering Energy and Gathering Cold debuff on TWO players together.

Asterated then begins repeatedly casting Energetic Field and Crystal Coating debuff (increases damage from Energetic Explosion and Frost Explosion).

After 18 seconds, each emoted player's debuff fades and casts Energetic Explosion or Frost Explosion 180k AE DD + Mana Drain at their location.

Anyone hit by Energetic/Frost Explosion AE, with Energetic Field or Crystal Coating debuff, will be hit for increased damage by 250%~


Dendritic Golem:

Dendritic spawns adds that involve a Stone mechanic with emote.  A visible ring appears around emoted players.  Players run away to avoid hurting others.

Dendritic goes invulnerable while adds are active.


Starseed Golem:

Starseed warns everyone with an emote and 10s later casts Decapitating Shards AE many times.

Players duck for 10s avoids being hit by Decapitating Shards.



Strategy

No specific burn stage.  Utilize your discs/burns early; during three golem stage, then reuse them as they refresh.

Energetic/Frost Explosion AE has a big range, both emoted players need to run far from the raid.

Golem is invulnerable during adds.  Assist MA accordingly.

CC - Can temporarily charm lesser shards.


Charged Golem Shard - Click Team:

Charged Golem Shard click items drop from the three golem bosses: Asterated, Dendritic, and Starseed

Members of this team loot a Charged Golem Shard click item.  The item is LORE and has one charge.

The shard clicks are used during the final boss stage of the event, when The Amalgam Arbiter is active.

A shard is clicked when the following emote occurs: The massive golem begins to give off an immense amount of energy.

The shard click effect removes Crushing Energy Field DoT and mana drain.

Note:
- Small team of clickers assigned, one to three players
- Coordinator determines when to start clicks, can call out players in Discord or in-game who is up next; whatever works best/up to player organizing
- Due to potentially limited number of available shards, the coordinator may decide to skip the first few rounds of emotes



Tanks:
- Tank adds out of golem AE Rampage range; at designated campfire/spot
-- Alternatively, MTO move golem accordingly


Healers: Splash, splash, splash!


MA Kill Order: Dendridic shards, then lesser shards.

The Amalgam Arbiter

When ALL three named golems are killed, they reform and come together as The Amalgam Arbiter.

The Amalgam Arbiter inherits all of the mechanics and abilities of the previous golems, with some enhancements of its own.

For inherited mechanics and abilities from the named golems, refer to section: Golems - Asterated, Dendritic, and Starseed


Crushing Energy Field   100k DoT + 4000 Mana Drain (18s duration, 400' range)
- Increases incoming damage from spell Golem Stomp by 150%~
1st person: Energy surges through you, crushing you to the ground.
Emote: The massive golem begins to give off an immense amount of energy.
      Note:
- A Charged Golem Shard click item is used to remove the Crushing Energy Field debuff
in order to prevent increased damage from Arbiter's Golem Stomp AE.

Brief Event Overview

Two stage event.  First stage involves named dragons.  Second stage Vulak`Aerr boss.

First stage of event consists of four named dragons, located in each corner area: Cargalia, Honvar, Melalafen, and Sivar.

Each named dragon is IMMUNE to one of the following elements: Cold, Poison/Disease, Fire, Magic

Upon event start, all four dragons activate.

All the dragons have one or more directional AEs.

Being hit by the Frontal AE from any dragon grants an Infused Velium Crystal click item.  Each dragon grants a different crystal click item.

All of the corner area dragons must be killed within approximately three minutes of each other or they return to life.

Once all corner area dragons are killed, Vulak`Aerr activates in middle event area.

Vulak spawns tomb guardian drake adds periodically in each of the corner areas.

When Vulak`Aerr dies, the event is complete. 

All drakes must be killed before Vulak can be killed.


Device in the Center of the Tomb:

When Vulak is active, in the middle area of the event is a device that emotes two players together.

Emoted players run to the proper corner accordingly.

Failure results in a penalty golem add of type based on the color of the power of the deep sky emote.  Example, deep red sky emote failure results in a burning golem add.

Adds path to middle, linger and eventually explode.


Ball of Ice and Stone:

Separately, players are emoted and trapped in Ball of Ice and Stone.  Destroying the Ball of Ice and Stone frees trapped players.


Rainbow Aura:

Once Vulak HP reach 35%~ a gem warning emote indicates one of the corner area crystals is activating.  Seconds later a huge damaging rainbow colored aura appears; covering a huge part of the lower event area.



Strategy

1st Stage: Corner Dragons

Corner Dragons - Pace yourselves against Sivar named dragon and watch for kill all call.

Be mindful each dragon has one or more immunity, adjust your spells accordingly.

Groups at Sivar, priority is killing the adds.  Temporarily mezzing confused types, until ancient wardens dead.


2nd Stage: Vulak

React to deep sky emote by running to the corner area the trigger tells you to.

During big Rainbow aura - Everyone move between SE and SW corners in lower event area (trigger tells you).

Golems - CC team snare them - Do not use knockback root (can cause them to warp to middle).

Melee DPS - Assist MA1 on Drake adds.

Range DPS - Assist MA2 on Ball of Ice and Stone (to free trapped players inside).


Tanks:
- MTO, try and turn Vulak accordingly for the directional AEs
- MTO, move Vulak to lower corner area when emote says


Healers:
- Slowers, be mindful of each dragon immunity and use proper resist check slow accordingly
-- Sivar requires a Disease slow

Vulak'Aerr

Once all corner area dragons are killed, Vulak`Aerr activates in middle event area, with some rather interesting lore:

[Sat Jun 19 22:04:24 2021] The magical device releases a wave of healing meant for the guardian dragons. They are not there to recieve it and so it finds its way into the mortals.
[Sat Jun 19 22:04:29 2021] Vulak roars in anger and frustration, 'You must always interfere! It is your fault that I must do this, must disturb her on her great flight! Leave, pests, and I might offer a small word on your behalf!'

Vulak'Aerr attacks and immediately kills the weakest mortal, a Dark Elf.  No loss there at least.

Until Vulak is active, an emote indicates it cannot be cast on: Your magic fails. It has grown too weak after traveling so far before reaching Vulak'Aerr.

Device in the Center of the Tomb

When Vulak is active, in the middle area of the event is a device that emotes two players together.

Emoted players run to the proper corner accordingly.

Failure results in a penalty golem add of type based on the color of the power of the deep sky emote.  Example, deep red sky emote failure results in a burning golem add.

Adds path to middle, linger and eventually explode.

Adds are root/snareable.

Possible adds/aura emote: Power flows out from the central gem to the smaller gems. Something forms under each.

Dragons - Cargalia, Honvar, Melalafen, and Sivar

First stage of event consists of four named dragons, located in each corner area: Cargalia, Honvar, Melalafen, and Sivar.

Each named dragon is IMMUNE to one of the following elements: Cold, Poison/Disease, Fire, Magic

Upon event start, all four dragons activate.

All the dragons have one or more directional AEs.

Being hit by the Frontal AE from any dragon grants an Infused Velium Crystal click item.  Each dragon grants a different crystal click item.

All of the corner area dragons must be killed within approximately three minutes of each other or they return to life, for example: Cargalia rises!

Brief Event Overview

Trash to clear to reach event area.

Aaryonar has front and tail directional AEs.

Grolik spawns when Aaryonar flies into the air at 60%~ HP.

Aaryonar returns to ground when Grolik 30%~ HP.

Aaryonar directional AEs no longer occur upon return to ground.

Echo auras provide protection against The Heart of the Temple AEs.  Also provides buffs to enable damage to Grolik.

Elemental orbs spawn periodically and provide a bonus or penalty depending upon interaction with correct Echo auras.

Event complete when Aaryonar reaches 20%~ HP.


Echo Auras:

Echo auras spawn in fixed locations.  However, the aura that appears in each fixed location is random.

Mechanics in play result in benefit or penalty when interacting with the Echo auras.  When/who interacts matters based on emotes and Echo of X buff rank.

When a "distant roar" emote happens, the related Echo aura will provide an Echo of X protection against the incoming temple AE.

Penalties such as traps/AEs from each Echo Aura happen when the "resonate" emote occurs and players with the highest rank of Echo of X interact with the related aura.

Earth (brown) - Traps players including those nearby.  Closer you are, more damage you take.

Shadow (purple) - Banishes players to west area.

Ice (blue) - Pulls player towards center.

Fire (red) - Drops three fire decals on affected player.  Decals are fire ring auras.



Strategy

Aura Team members announced during prep.  Add them to your ETW to heal and monitor.  They must be kept alive.

1st aura cycle - NO ONE ENTER AURAS except Aura Team members.  Aura Team gets Rank 1 Echo buff.

2nd aura cycle and onward - OK TO ENTER AURAs - We annnounce it in raidsay, several times.

Emote tells you to TOUCH a certain color aura then RETURN TO RAID.  Make sure you do this for protection from AE damage.  Return to raid is important to ensure you're in range of Splash/Rain/Group heals.

DO NOT STAY IN AURA.  You only need to touch it to get Echo buff and then immediately return to raid.

A Raidsay coordinator to help raid by calling out which aura to TOUCH then immediately Return to Raid.


Bane Proc:

Fire bane melee proc is one shot use.  To replenish it, one must enter a non-fire aura then return to Fire aura to get a new bane proc and use it on Grolik or guardian adds.


Grolik Proc Rotation:

Players are assigned to this role and called upon by name to use their bane damage proc on Grolik.

Written by Raiena.  Normally coordinated by Centare.

Make sure you have Trigger package "Grolik Proc Rotation".

Players assigned will FIRST need to step into the Fire Aura to receive beneficial buff Fiery Touch.

THEN you will need to step into the Aura that was called out by the Raid Aura Coordinator. Obtaining the second aura will not remove your Fiery Touch beneficial buff.

You only have 20 seconds to do this.

Once you have Fiery Touch, your primary goal is to stay alive. DO NOT engage Guardians or anything else that may be up. You are saving your proc for Grolik.
*Note: The proc will only work on constructs.


When called by MTO (Centare has been coordinating this, but always subject to change), you will run over to Grolik and melee him until your Expenditure of Fire activates. Your trigger package will let you when it has fired.

Once you have done that you may return to raid and help clearing any remaining adds until next round of auras appear and repeat.


Casters & Pets:

Kill an earthen prison quickly to prevent Root Ball Exlosion - 425k Caster PB AE.

During Grolik, position as indicated on diagram and move out of LoS when Grolik's Silence emote fires.


Tanks:

- MTO, position Aaryonar as indicated on diagram, facing east, to prevent Front/Tail AE hitting raid (Aaryonar inactive at 60%~HP, active again when Grolik 30%~ HP)
- MTO, position Grolik at location indicated on diagram

- Add tanks to move Orbs into matching Echo auras
- Add tanks be ready for guardians, tank until killed by raid


Healers:

During Grolik, position as indicated on diagram and move out of LoS when Grolik's Silence emote fires.

Aura Team Members:

Each Aura Team member is assigned one of the following Auras; differentiated by color: Earth, Shadow, Ice or Fire.

Auras appear shortly after a "distant roar" emote.  Auras spawn in fixed locations; however, the Aura type that appears is random.

The Aura Team must locate their assigned Aura and step in to receive Echo of X (rank. I - V) buff, then step out.

For each player, only one Echo rank increase per type per cycle is possible.

Entering a different aura replaces an existing Echo with that of the aura just entered.

Members of the Aura Team must never enter the wrong Aura

Auras resonate periodically, directing associated effects at the player in the raid with the highest Echo of X rank.  The targeted effects are distinct by aura type as follows:

Earth (brown)  Prison traps player; others nearby
Shadow (purple)  Banishes player to west room area
Ice (blue)  Pulls player towards center
Fire (red)  Drops three fire rings at player


Aura Team Members must ensure their Echo ranks are higher than everyone else to guarantee resonating effects hit them only.

At start of event, ONLY the Aura Team enters their assigned auras for a complete cycle.  This ensures their Echo of X rank will be highest among the raid.

Once all of the Aura Team members obtain an Echo of X, everyone else in the raid can safely react to "distant roar" emotes and move to the correct aura as directed to obtain the Echo of X buff, which provides protection against the incoming Roar of X AE damage.

The moment an Aura Team member dies they lose their Echo of X buff.  As a result, the ENTIRE RAID must STOP entering that particular aura until the assigned Aura Team member can regain their Echo of X buff to a level above the entire raid.

In order to damage Grolik, players must have an Echo of Flame buff; obtained by entering the Flame aura when the associated "distant roar" emote occurs.

Echo of Flame grants the player Fiery Touch; a golem bane damage buff that procs Expenditure of Fire.

Aaryonar

At 60%~ HP Aaryonar flies into the air.  Emote: Aaryonar leaps violently into the air!

Aaryonar returns to ground when Grolik 30%~ HP.  No emote available when this happens.

Aaryonar directional AEs no longer occur upon return to ground.

Event complete when Aaryonar reaches 20%~ HP.

Weakening Grolik's Defenses:

A buff as a result of interaction with Echo auras grants the ability for a players' spells to land on Grolik.

The echo interacted with determines the buff.  Echo of Shadow is different from Echo of Flame, for example.

Echo of Flame:

Interaction with Flame results in Fiery Touch melee buff that will proc Expenditure of Fire for 90 million damage against Grolik.

The Heart of the Temple

The heart of the temple warns with a unique "distant roar" emote before casting a particular AE.

An Echo aura provides an Echo of X protection buff with counters that blocks the heart of the temple AE.

Echo Auras

Echo auras spawn in fixed locations.  However, the aura that appears in each fixed location is random.

Mechanics in play result in benefit or penalty when interacting with the Echo auras.  When/who interacts matters based on emotes and Echo of X buff rank.

When a "distant roar" emote happens, the related Echo aura will provide an Echo of X protection against the incoming temple AE.

Penalties such as traps/AEs from each Echo Aura happen when the "resonate" emote occurs and players with the highest rank of Echo of X interact with the related aura.


Greatest Echoes of X Resonates:

Earth  The greatest echoes of the earth solidify around those upon which they resonate.

Elemental Orbs

Orbs spawn at hallway entrance into event area.  Warning emote: Elemental energies gather in the hallway.

Moving an orb into the matching Echo Aura will grant a beneficial effect.  Example: A fiery Orb is moved into FLAME (red) echo aura.

An orb moved into wrong Echo Aura results in penalty (detrimental AE or add).

An orb will despawn after it touches any Echo Aura.

The Orbs will automatically aggro and attack if not engaged and moved into an Echo aura.


An earthen orb  Beneficial Spell Placeholder
Beneficial effect emote: The energy of the earthen orb merges with the pillar and absorbs one of the guardians with it.
  The Earth Erupts - Detrimental Effect, 475k DD Caster PB + Stun (70' range)

Brief Event Overview

Event is triggered.  No trash to clear.

Event area is limited to tiled floor section.  Any player that goes out of bounds during event is automatically zoned out to The Western Wastes.

Sontalak has directional AEs; front, sides and combinations of left side plus tail and right side plus tail.

Drake adds spawn at 3% HP intervals of Sontalak starting at 85%.

A helper NPC named Beldion Icewind provides protection from Lava Breath cast by Sontalak.

A dragon statue emotes random players.  The statue turns towards the player emoted and a green aura appears beneath the players feet.  Anyone between the green aura and statue will be hit with narrow beam AE + DoT (Volcanic Jet - 400k Directional AE + 100k DoT).


Aura of Banishment:

An aura constantly moves around the event area counter-clockwise.

Anyone caught inside aura when it activates is automatically zoned out to The Western Wastes.

An emote warns when aura is about to activate.  Additionally, the aura activates without warning at Sontalak HP~ percentages: 74%, 56%, 28% and 7%~.



Strategy

DPS Sontalak until 80%~ and STOP.

From 80% onward ONLY Necros are to DPS Sontalak (additional players may be assigned at the time).

We only want ONE to TWO burning aggressor adds up at any given time.  As we are killing one add, the 2nd can be moved into position for DPS to efficiently transition to the next add.

Assist MA to kill each burning aggressor add.  Kill burning aggressor adds in outer tiled area.

We are killing ALL adds, including combative types that are mezzable.


Reminders:

Avoid aura!  3rd person view helps.  Positioning in Line-of-sight (LoS) of the aura is helpful to keep an eye on it.

Avoid front of Sontalak -- Big dispel and damage.  Be mindful MTO cannot always position Sontalak favourably in this regard.

Healers can shift between two spots and effectively avoid the aura.  I currently favour West and East, rinse/repeat.


Aura of Banishment Triggers:

Stay out of roaming Aura of Banishment.

Overlay triggers indicate when you are INSIDE or OUTSIDE the aura.  Only one trigger will appear at any given time.

When aura glows emote occurs a trigger will text/voice as: "Aura Active Soon - Check Overlay".  As a player, you look at your overlay and adjust position if needed.


Visual in-game configuration suggestions for easier focus on Aura:

To make it easier to see the Aura of Banishment it is helpful to reduce the visual clutter in-game by adjusting your settings to hide players, names and pets.

Tanks:

- MTO, position Sontalak where it activates, adjust slightly as able to avoid aura and being banished
- MTO, helps if able to adjust Sontalak to prevent Frontal AE from hitting main raid, other AEs if possible (we understand it won't be 100%)


Burning Aggressor Tanks:

Tank burning aggressor adds outer tiled area.

Burning aggressors hit hard.  If able, disc and tank a few then call switch for the next tank to step in and disc, rinse/repeat.


Healers:
- Be sure to include each add tank to ETW, not just MTO

The Aura of Banishment

An aura constantly moves around the event area counter-clockwise.

Anyone caught inside aura when it activates is automatically zoned out to The Western Wastes.

An emote warns when aura is about to activate.  Additionally, the aura activates without warning at Sontalak HP~ percentages: 74%, 56%, 28% and 7%~.

Dragon Statue - Volcanic Jet

A dragon statue emotes random players. 

The statue turns towards the player emoted and a green aura appears beneath the players feet. 

Anyone between the green aura and statue will be hit with narrow beam AE + DoT (Volcanic Jet - 400k Directional AE + 100k DoT).

Brief Event Overview

Event is triggered by Dark Elf sacrifice.

There are four Crusader dragons located in different locations throughout the event area.  The dragons are protecting Yelinak.

Yelinak is in the middle chamber area behind a locked door.

Each Crusader has a Frontal AE.  When a dragon dies, the next dragon inherits a Caster PBAE version of one of the previously killed dragons: As the first crusader falls, a portion of its strength is given to the others.

When a dragon dies the next active dragon emotes, i.e.,  Grendish the Crusader shouts, 'No! Come face me! I will not allow you to defeat the Crusaders!'

Failure to engage the next Crusader quickly enough causes the event to reset.

Various adds spawn at timed intervals.  Each add has a unique mechanic or ability.


Cleaning Cube:

Several large purple gelatinous cleaning cube path throughout the event area in a clockwise direction.

Any player that comes in contact with the cube will be banished to another area.

The cleaning cube is indifferent and cannot be damaged or cast on.


Statues - Colored Rings - Breath of Stones:

A pair of statues are positioned halfway from each corner location.  Between the statues colored rings appear and disappear periodically.

When a ring appears the statues on each side cast a directional cone AE Breath of Stones - 353k DoT Frontal AE.

Any player that happens to be in the affected area will be hit by Breath of Stones and take DoT damage.


Yelinak's Dragon Lord's Potency:

Beginning when the 3rd Crusader is active, every 2 minutes 20 seconds a warning emote indicates for players to spread out to different areas (Power begins to gather ...).

Players have about 40 seconds after initial warning to strategically spread out to other areas.

Failure of players to properly spread out results in Yelinak's Dragon Lord's Potency - 275k Caster PBAE + Mana Drain (475' range).

Subsequent emotes indicate overall failure or success by area.


Strategy

Prep: Trash clear the banish areas.

Starting with one of the Crusaders.  From there we go to the next dragon that emotes when active.

Avoid cleaning cubes.  Cubes increase in numbers as event goes on.

When moving to areas and passing between the statues, hug the statue walls to avoid being hit by massive DoT.

1st Crusader straight forward kill.

2nd Crusader:
  • FULL BURN on Crusader
  • Everyone KILL Adds when they spawn, except Necros who stay on Crusader
  • When Adds spawn just as Crusader dies - DO NOT MOVE - KILL ADDS FIRST
    • Only MTO group move to 3rd Crusader when this happens
       
3rd Crusader - Power gather emotes - Assigned players move to designated areas (rinse/repeat).

4th Crusader - Continuation of above.

- When a bodyguard add dies the crusader pet dies: As the bodyguard's dies, the creature it summoned to protect the crusader is no longer bound to its service.

Statues - Colored Rings - Breath of Stones

When a ring appears the statues on each side cast a directional cone AE Breath of Stones - 353k DoT Frontal AE (Max Hits 5, Max Hits Type: Incoming Hit Attempts, AE 200' range, 24s duration).

Any player that happens to be in the affected area will be hit by Breath of Stones and take DoT damage.

Notes:
- Purpose may be to trip people up as they move around reacting to event mechanics
- This effect is present in the group mission as Breath of Old Stone

A domicile defender    Locked Mind - Invulnerability.  Makes target invulnerable and unable to cause harm.
  Locked Mind - Invulnerability.  Causes x hit point and y mana damage in a n radius around the caster.

- When domicile dies, Locked Mind effect fades: As the domicile defender that locked your mind falls, your mind is freed.

Yelinak is in the middle chamber area behind a locked door.

Beginning when the 3rd Crusader is active, every 2 minutes 20 seconds a warning emote indicates for players to spread out to different areas (Power begins to gather ...).

Players have about 40 seconds after initial warning to strategically spread out to other areas.

Failure of players to properly spread out results in Yelinak's Dragon Lord's Potency - 275k Caster PBAE + Mana Drain (475' range).

Subsequent emotes indicate overall failure or success by area.

Approximate time between Power begins to gather emotes: 2 minutes 20 seconds

Brief Event Overview

Prior to event activation there are several trash adds at entrance to tunnel leading into event area.

Event is triggered.

Transparent particle effect barriers block areas of the event area.  Attempting to walk through them will teleport player to entrance of caves.

Behind the barriers are various named dragons.

Klandicar stands alone in the open main event cave area.

Klandicar has directional AEs.

Klandicar spawns named dragons at 80%~ HP: Basnivan, Emterizad, Harissa, Takidar

Spell cast mechanic in play at various times.  Stop casting on Klandicar when emote fires or suffer penalty (named perhaps).

Restless adds and egg tenders spawn sometime after 70%~.

Egg tenders are damageable, do not hit back and go inactive after a period of time.

Klandicar spawns named dragons at 30%~ HP: Erdigal, Fumkald, Islak, Muncedir, Reysyr, Vylpa, Yzarma



Strategy

Avoid front of Klandicar and many of the brood named dragons.

Stop spell casts on Klandicar when trigger fires.

Kill guardians.

OT named dragons until they deactivate after a short period of time.

Kite Kromrif and Coldain adds outside tunnel.  They are snareable.

Enchanters - Egg tenders are charmable.

- If it turns into a rock swirly while Klandicar is in the white circle then raid gets achievement: Assistance Needed

Brief Event Overview

Event is triggered.  No trash to clear.

Tantor casts a Frontal AE and spawns primal guardian adds at 7% HP intervals.

Tantor HP locks at 3%~ while any primal guardian adds are alive.

Tantor chases targeted players.  Penalty if caught is Caster PB AE Maddened Mammoth, 325k DD + Stun + Knockback and boss powerup.

Tantor has a rock throw emote directed at players.  Failure to duck results in Target AE 290k DD + Stun + Knockback (Trunk-Flung Rock).

Tantorlings:

Three tantorlings spawn when Tantor HP reaches 71, 56 and 40% (possibly 20 and 7% as well).

Tantorlings chase targeted players.  Players caught are afflicted by a large 305k+ DoT + Mana Drain (Tantor Tantrum).

Tantorlings Tantor Tantrum aura DoT effect is only active when they throw a tantrum.  At other times it is safe to be within the tantorling colored aura.

Tantorlings do not hit back, can be damaged and killed, but do not despawn unless the event completes or is reset.



Strategy

Avoid front of Tantor.

DPS Tantor to 71%.  Kill each bunny when it spawns.

At 71% - Kill the three Tantorlings that spawn.  OT bunnies and kill once Tantorlings dead.

DPS Tantor to 56%.  Kill each bunny when it spawns.

At 56% - Kill the three Tantorlings that spawn.  OT bunnies and kill once Tantorlings dead.

DPS Tantor to 30%.  Kill each bunny when it spawns.

At 30% - BURN BOSS then KILL Bunnies (Tantor HP locks at 3% while bunnies alive).

DPS - Use short timer discs on tantorlings.  Save big long timer discs for full burn at 30%.


Emotes:

Run when Tantor gives chase and avoid being caught.  Kite around event area without leashing.

Duck when Tantor throws rock at you.  Using a mount prevents ducking and causes emote failure.

RUN TO RAID when Tantorling emoted.


Tanks:

- Primal guardian adds are bunnies.  Avoid tanking directly in AE Rampage of Tantor

- MTO: Tantor does a memblur after player each chase stops
- MTO: Bring Tantor back to base camp once chase stops

- Do not tank tantorlings

- Splash at Tantor


Healers:

- Avoid AE Rampage
- Splash at Tantor



Casters:
- Avoid AE Rampage.  But do not stand far out or you'll miss ADPS and Splash/Group heals!

Increase Spell Dmg Taken by 0% to 1% (Limit Spell: Immolating Breath)
Increase Reverse Dmg Shield by 2500

- Increases incoming damage from Gangrenous Breath by x%.

Velketor's Labyrinth - T3 - Seeking the Sorcerer

Brief Event Overview

Event is triggered by speaking with an icy watcher.  No trash to clear.

Restless Tijoely attacks.  Adds, a restless fleshpile.  Glob of Vile Bile mechanic.

Icebound Bledrek attacks.  Three rambling kobold adds spawn at two minute intervals.

Restless Errkak Icepaw is active and can be killed.

Restless Guardian Glacierbane is active and can be killed.

Velketor the Sorcerer sends in some crystal guardians to help the raid: Velketor the Sorcerer shouts, 'I thank you!  Go, crystal guardians, aid these adventurers!'

At 65% of Bledrek - Tentacles spawn several at a time.  Each tentacle targets a player and hits them with Strangling Tentacle - 175k DoT, drags player towards tentacle.  Effect lasts over an hour.  Must kill tentacle to free player from effect.

At 30-35%~ of Bledrek - Tentacles stop spawning.

An Icy Witch spawns in basement.  There is an achievement for not disturbing the icy witch.

Bled Enraged spawns when Icebound Bledrek killed.  Killing Bled Enraged completes event.

Bled Enraged has undead guide adds that target players with a long duration DoT and drag players away.  Killing adds frees players of DoT effect.

Various emotes in play for aforementioned bosses and minibosses.


Strategy

DO NOT USE AE DAMAGE - It can go through floor and aggro trash, including icy witch.

DO NOT PICKUP BILE ON GROUND - A designated person picks them up to use at strategic times during event.  Bile supply is limited.

DO NOT BREAK MEZ ON KOBOLDS - MEZ and HOLD until MA calls to kill.

WATCH RAIDSAY for CAMP MOVES - Shifting between two camps (East and West, outside castle)

Map section contains Tentacle spawn locations and map file.


Bledrek must be kept out of the big green aura or penalty fleshpile adds spawn.

Assigned player uses the bile clicky to keep fleshpile adds at bay temporarily at select times.

We position NORTH end of castle.  Two other camps setup east and west outside castle (for moving Bledrek back and forth to avoid green aura).

Kill Tijoely NORTH just inside castle.

MEZ and HOLD Kobolds until MA calls to kill.

Kill Errkak Icepaw to stop Kobolds from spawning.

Kill Guardian Glacierbane NORTH inside castle.

Take Bledrek to 65%, then tentacles spawn.  Tanks be in position at your tentacle area before this happens.

FULL BURN on Bledrek at 60%.

Bled Enraged spawns when Bledrek dies.  React to Acidic Ice Pool emote and MA calls to kill undead guide adds.


Assigned Player - Glob of Vile Bile - Throw Glob Vile:

- Ground spawn clicky, green grass in appearance.  Spawns at random player locations
- Clicky activates an aura and fleshpile adds are drawn to where the aura is clicked

Tanks

- Mezzing Kobolds in middle north, outside castle
- Tentacles are: a smoky crystal shard
- Leave crystal guardians alone, they are friendly and help
- Errkak pulled from kobold camp area of zone (Reyek or another puller)


Healers

- Avoid Line of Sight (LoS) of Guardian Glacierbane, should prevent Hammer Slam AE from hitting
- Avoid standing in AE Rampage of Bledrek or Bled Enraged
- Splash at main boss to cover melee players from AE rampage damage
- Drag corpses before you rez players if possible, to avoid rezzing someone in AE Rampage of boss


Enchanters:

- MEZ: A rambling kobold
- Besides the kobold being killed, call out if someone breaking mez.  Calling out helps clue folks in.

This boss Wild Rampages.

Spawns when Icebound Bledrek killed.

[Thu Nov 05 22:00:21 2020] The ice-encrusted Bledrek explodes, sending chunks of icy bile in all directions. As you wipe your eyes, you see a smaller creature standing where Bledrek used to be.
[Thu Nov 05 22:00:21 2020] Icebound Bledrek has been slain by Centare!


Dramatic Shove350k DD + Knockback (single target, 1000' range)
Emote: Bled roars and strikes out at the one it hates most. It then forgets about them and finds another to hate.
1st Person Effect: You are struck a mighty blow.
Note:
- Two minute intervals
- MT hit by Dramatic Shove and knocked back
- Backup MT will need to grab aggro immediately

Spawn emote: An icy witch wails and screams, focusing with single-minded insanity on her target.
   Note:
- Spawns in basement sometime after 30%~ HP of Bledrek
- Avoidable (don't have to aggro), based on achievement: Do Not Disturb (Do not disturb any witches)

An undead guideForce of Will - 125k DoT, drags player towards caster.  Effect lasts 120 hours.
