EQ Connectivity issues

FYI banner from SOE EQ forums:

Status: 1/15/2015 16:14 PST - We are currently investigating a potential issue with network connectivity to the game.

I don't know if it affects everyone, but seems to be affecting our household.  Of course, we are on Comcast and there have been networking issues between Comcast and SoE a few times when others are working.

Update:  Banner disappeared from EQ forum page, but still cannot connect at 7:34 EST. (4:34 PST).

Keep trying.  Login server down is no excuse for being late for raid.

They posted that issues have been fixed immediately replied by someone that they were not.  I am still out.  In fact, I cannot log into the SoE Forum to post as I get a server error.
