Title: my dream is starting to come true

I left EQ in the middle of December 2007 to further persue a goal I had for years. first to break my own record in the 300 meter time trial for inline skating then to set a new canadian record.

The current record for the 300m is 25.54
My personal record is 25.87

so.. this is what happened.

a record can only be set officially during provincials or national championships

During provincials I skated a 25.59  (gahhh!)

this past wednesday during a practise with a half year of personal trainers, BodyAttack classes, working out and pure hard training. I skated a 25.36, my fastest ever.  Thats skating nearly 60 kph on a cement track, and no, not going downhill, just pure raw power going from my legs through my skate and into the ground

How is the freelance raiding going for y'all, having fun? reaching your goals? furro has y'all trained well?
