Title: cultral armor for the non raider

Freelance,

i got some  cultural armor Questions

1. is cultural armor worth the PP vs T4 VoA for the non-raiding toon?

2. current cultural armor is : Glorious > extravagant ( hot ) >

3. cultural slots
    slot 7; reg aug
    slot 16: ( not sure what goes in here??? )
    slot 17; Shifting Sphere of Veiled Ascension >Cosgrove
    Slot 15  Emblem

my dilemma,

Trying  to decide weather or not  to buy cultural armor for  ramelorm, get him up to speed, ( Level 95 or above; at least 2500AA; Completed Dragons of Norrath and Muramite Proving Grounds trials; Alaran skill 90 or better.), because i only see  poddo as bst on raids

I would skip it at this point till more is known about RoF armor.

Cultural in VoA is somewhere between T3 and T4 group gear as far as stats go.
Unless you have a lot of plat you wish to blow and don't have the resources to get the group visibles, I'd hold off on buying cultural.

i can make cultural for DEs if anyone needs. for cost.
but without the veiled augs it's not all that. i'd agree with huevos though , hold off now till RoF.
