Title: Pinpoint Defects gaining rear arc damage bonus

From the Test patch yesterday, they're adding Slot 2: Increase Rear Arc Melee Damage Taken by 256 to Pinpoint Defects. So finally a reason to upgrade from Pinpoint Shortcomings.
