The info from the thread on ToP vs BoS vs Sympathetic Proc on DBG is still valid.  Raid mage should see greater dps due to crit mods with Belt of Boromus.

Great discussion. 

Dicho can be added in for aggro management if ever an issue.
1: Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 150%
2: Increase Hitpoints by 23005 per tick
3: Add Proc: Dichotomic Companion Strike 6 rate mod 200
10: Increase Stats by 200

Dichotomic Companion Strike 6
1: Decrease Hitpoints by 35393
2: Decrease Hate by 35%

Banestrike and Force of elements are instant casts so can be placed in the same social for spam as they refresh.  BS is 1 min vs 20 secs for FoE.
