Something we have been playing with with surprising results.
Raid leader has everyone /afk
Those that lag on events go into options > general 3/4 the way down on left side are 3 drop downs.
Set the top one to hide afk players > all
You have to ensure the raid deselects auto turn off afk, otherwise when you move or cast your afk tag drops

Not saying you are not correct or not but I have three toons with the foretold hour and do not have all the witnesses.  Don't know how that happened then

Of note the foretold hour is an achievement for the zone if it happens.  Anyone in the zone when the zone gets the achievement will get it.  You do not need to be in the zone to witness them all spawn as long as you are there for the last one.  They also do not need to be killed just spawned.

I have yet to figure when the first golem spawns. It is not based on a timer from Engage, coffin spawn, coffin death or Boss %. Could be Timed once boss is at a %. Not sure.[/li][/list]

Just add what we think is the timer.  3min from 91% and can reset if she regens back above it.  We have someone set a clock when she tics down from 91-90 and it is almost perfect
