I left EQ in the middle of December 2007 to further persue a goal I had for years. first to break my own record in the 300 meter time trial for inline skating then to set a new canadian record.
The current record for the 300m is 25.54
My personal record is 25.87
so.. this is what happened.
a record can only be set officially during provincials or national championships
During provincials I skated a 25.59 (gahhh!)
this past wednesday during a practise with a half year of personal trainers, BodyAttack classes, working out and pure hard training. I skated a
25.36, my fastest ever. Thats skating nearly 60 kph on a cement track, and no, not going downhill, just pure raw power going from my legs through my skate and into the ground
