One of the items/loot I would like to buy is Athletic Phlogiston Belt, it is tradeskill created using two Flawless Conflagrant Diamonds that drop from RoS raids.

Here is the concern:
The Tuned Perpetual Mana Battery combination requires one of the Flawless Conflagrant Diamonds. It is a tinkering combine that only gnomes can do. The flawless conflagrant diamond is no trade, but the tuned perpetual mana battery is tradeable. The only workable solution is for freelance to adopt a loot exception where freelance or myself identifies a raiding gnome that it would be acceptable for me to win one of the flawless conflagrant diamonds and name that specific gnome as the looter instead of myself.
