(The 5th task is not related to get this raid expedition since it is just a task to pre-flag another series tasks for Ashengate's raid.)

Arthursuen is currently max ally for this and welcome to do this tasks, the loot stats is about Demi Tier2 and it worths to farm since the drop is really nice.

You need a pretty stout tank for the named and a couple well-geared knights/warriors + a good puller for the trash.  The trash all hit up to 4k, and the named hits up to 6k+ with a lame ae that's pretty easy to resist.  There are adds at around 50% (I forget the exact percentage) that can either be killed or rooted away from the raid and killed later.  They were unmezzable last time I did it, but with the increase in levels I'm not sure if they're still unmezzable.

Also, you can start it with less than 18 if you're raided together and everyone is in Sunder already.

Arthursuen joined once this event in my past guild. We have a 16k/3.2k unbuff tank on the named and I was the backup tank, with max shielding and 80% Avoidance , named hits my warrior around 2.5~3k with disc.We have like 3 or 4 CLR and forgot how many DRU/SHM in the battle. Also a good MNK to pull for us.

We have no problem to keep MT life at first 50% , after disc burned we have to chain fast heal and MT dead around 40%.I step up and tank till after enrage and down then MT pick it up again and finished it.

I can say that it will not that hard for us since lvl cap have been increased.New spells, new gears from Freelance should be possible to do it.I would like to tank on it with Arth.He has 19.2k/3.6k unbuff and probably tank better than the past.
