Thanks for pointing me to the great post.
I've been struggling to figure out what was causing lag on my pc and had tried most things, except the one mentioned in that post; I had close to 200 audio trigger settings in EQ. I moved most of them to GTT as the post suggests, then the lag is gone magically.
It was hard to imagine that just a few hundreds of simple string match could cause notable lag on today's pc. ohh I feel much better now
