Brief Event Overview and Strat

Multi-staged event, with various AE's, apple pie, fork not included.

Stage 1 = Assist MA as we kill each miniboss, while reacting to emotes and taking Ladrys to 90%

Stage 2 = Assist MA to take Sholoth to 80%.  Viral DoT in play, Paladins use Splash and Healers Group Corruption Cure to remove.

Stage 3:  Involved.  Please read carefully.  Ask questions if not sure.  Explaining below:

For stage 3, we must balance each boss in different rooms by killing non-aggro NPCs.  DO NOT DPS the bosses directly.

Know your group number please, as you will be assigned to start off in either LIGHT or DECAY room.

Each room has an AE.  The AE increases at intervals.  Once it reaches IV, you have 15 seconds before you get DT'd.  To prevent this, you must SWITCH ROOMS, and the other AE lands on you.  So you're constantly switching between DECAY and LIGHT rooms, while assisting MA to kill the non-aggro NPC and balance the bosses down.

The non-aggro NPCs are totems (a monolith of purity) and cocoons (a putrid spore).  Killing them results in related miniboss HP to drop by 5%.  If we leave totems alone, they grow and eventually explode, healing the miniboss, throwing off the balance and spawning adds.

Your audio trigger will fire indicating when you need to switch rooms.

When BOTH minibosses are at 20% HP, we advance to the final stage.

STAGE 4 = Fight in middle, and AVOID THE TOTEMS that spawn around the room.  Assist MA if called on for anything extra.

Stage 1 - Light Form

For this stage, we deal with three minibosses and a boss named The Will of Ladrys.

Each miniboss must be killed, and Ladrys taken to 90% to advance to next stage.  We take the portal that appears to move to next area.
  • Minisbosses: Archone of Pestilence, Sentinel of Bone, Spectre of Lost Souls.  They hit for 20000.
  • The Will of Ladrys hits for 28000, and casts a rear arc AE called Ray of Light (91k DD + Blind)
  • There are TWO DT style emotes.  Failure Penalty includes AE DT + death add spawns (a lost soul)
 
Stage 2 - Decay Form

We must take Sholoth the Decrepit to 80% in order to advance beyond this stage. 

Sholoth hits for 28000.

AEs:
Creeping Corrosion - VIRAL DOT 13k + Dispel (8 RNG Targs, 60 corr counters).
Vortex of Decay - PBAE Slow Pull (200' Range, recourse = Corrosive Filth - 26k DD + Dispel)


Stage 3 - Light & Decay (Balance)

Stage 4 - The Will of Ladrys

For this stage, we return to the LIGHT room via Decay portal.

During this fight, AVOID the TOTEMS that spawn around the room.

We will fight Ladrys in the middle area.  At 10% HP, it starts to AE Dispel.  Continue DPS unless MA calls otherwise.
