My extended target window (ETW) includes auto hate mobs and  MA1 Target and  MA2 Target.

If I am in a tank order with others before me who are not in my group, I will make them targets so I can easily see if they die or about to die.  Since SK's have no healing, I do not put other tanks on the ETW.

Assigned Warriors do the same as Drasp mentioned in his post, adding other tanks in the order to their ETW.

By the way, not sure if you know this, but you can right click on the [ ! ] button in ETW, and toggle off mana/endurance bars for players in your ETW.  The effect is players health bar stands out more clearly.
