this is how to get to be flagged on all of plane of war
Strife flagging
Hail and say "tithe" to Etsinthinikonarifet in the Plane of War.
- Say "Za`ye`na`ekk" to Zayenaekk in the Plane of Justice.
- Say "Ets`in`thini`konar`ifet" to Zayenaekk in the Plane of Justice.
- Ensure your Ogre language skill level is at least 90.
- In Ogre, say "Speak to Zayenaekk" to Murdunk in the Korascian Warrens.
- Pick up the sword under Tantisala Jaggedtooth's spawn point in the Plane of Earth.
- Deliver the sword to Murdunk.
- Use the key to open up the chamber in the far southwestern part of Toskirakk's upper level.
- Say "I seek the blessing of your sister" to Zayenaekk in Toskirakk.
- Craft (or buy/trade for) a Stonewood Compound Bow.
- Loot a Zekarian Diamond from mobs in the first field in the Plane of War (rare drop from trash; 100% from mini nameds).
- In a Fletching Kit, combine the Stonewood Compound Bow with the Zekarian Diamond.
- Turn in the result to Etsinthinikonarife

2. had those into ; Captain Dulkot ( right outside entry way into castle )

1. 10X sword pieces
2. 10X Armor pieces

1. Rulnavis #1 - Defending the Castle
2. Rulnavis #2 - A Colossal Task
a. This quest is the second in a series of three and begins with High Strategist Galben (click for map image) on the second floor of Castle Rulnavis in the Plane of War.
Pre-Requisites for Starting the Quest:
- Access to Castle Rulnavis (see this quest)
- Kindly faction with Castle Rulnavis (see this quest)
--- Note: You'll need at least Warmly faction in order to actually complete this quest.
- Must have completed the first Rulnavis quest, "Defending the Castle".
3. Rulnavis #3 - Tactical Strike
a. This quest is the third in a series of three and begins with High Strategist Galben (click for map image) on the second floor of Castle Rulnavis in the Plane of War.
Pre-Requisites for Starting the Quest:
- Access to Castle Rulnavis (see this quest)
- Ally faction with Castle Rulnavis (see this quest)
- Completed the first Rulnavis quest, "Defending the Castle".
- Completed the second Rulnavis quest, "A Colossal Task".
- Completed the Mines quest, "Katka's Cause".
now head to East tower
1. Raise faction
2. get quest...............( now tower Flagged)
