I do not think that Time to Bleed is only cast on the tank that is tanking the myrmidon.  since it is 1000 range and single target, they can cast it on whomever they feel fit to screw.

On several attempts, i've been tanking a royal vicar in the pit, and no myrmidon ever had me as its primary target, but i still ended up with TtB on me.

On every attempt, i've chain lifetapped and burned every defensive disc/aa/clickie that i have had.... and that's usually tanking 1 with a few times here and there of taking on a stray.  tanking two for a duration is not feasible for self healing, and for the clerics mana.

i believe similarly as bren - set positions being charmed makes it easier for all. sucks if its a vicar or an evoker, but there is no tank losing their mob for cherry picking myrmidons.

Also, in stage three, this is what they look like for me. depending on the settings you may look different. also, i pointed out the two glowing orbs/balls/floaters within the aura - they seem to be the 'front' of the aura and the direction it is heading.  i watched these go up and down the stairs, and around the corners and then flip directions and go the same route they just came from.  also, the screenshot was taken from the outer ring on a wipe where i was feigned against the wall, it passed me without hitting me. pathing as the orbs show - to the right.

Have a couple of screenshots. settings that let me see the fires, and the fires themselves for stage 2 and 3.

With these settings the stage 2 fires where the beams will go look like this.  They a lot of the time appeared mostly opposite of each other, but i did see some that were just around the same doorway at least once.

The lichs cast the targeted ae at the person that is their current target.  when i would line of site the one that people were rooting for me - he wasn't doing any ae. as soon as i stepped into line of site, the trigger on gtt would almost immediately go off - even when i was not next to the mob or near it for a pbae to matter.  seemed fairly quick cast on their part.  if bren and i and the other sk's could keep aggro and line of sight them a lot - potentially couldn't people with dots that wouldn't break root could wear them down a little before they are brought to the general raid for range damaging?

also, there were a couple times where i was sure i was locked on aggro on a lich to have it just reset me to 0 aggro and no longer be kiting on me - so if people are using the mem-blur root kicks, that may be a detriment.  Kotsukai looked like they were using shackle i think it was on my last mob that was rooted. seemed to do well.

On the Lt. with the burning prisons.  they have a rather large melee hit box.  i was well outside of my targeting ring and still hitting them.  also found that even if it doesn't spawn on you - walking through it does freeze you.  ducking reset your locked spells if you started casting while frozen.  SK specific - you can hate step out of them.  try to point yourself at a pillar first so you dont hate step off the platform.  i imagine any other class with a 'step' can get out of them.

know i'm rather new still, but i have a CoP3 as well.

also a guardian circle 3 clickie - but hardly ever use that since timers conflict.
