I have had my tier 2 arms for a while now. It took hours of hunting north of 6way in MPG to get the pieces. We had at one time 4 people needing the right hands. In prob 9 or 10 hours of hunting there we had 5 drop, so we all got our armor, but it took forever for the drops. Kinda like crystal of yearning for gloves, pretty rare from ice dudes in RSS. It seems that plate armor piece drops are rare as hell, and that is why they cost so much. Prob wouldn't be bad xp and help out some people to take hunting expeditions to get drops, as i think that is the best way to do it, unless you have pp burning a hole in your bank.
